Neil Howden - Relationship Manager
Neil joined our Executive Team in June 2005 from a leading claimant lawyer in Leeds where he handled personal injury litigation. Prior to that he was working for an in-house legal department at a major insurer defending their policyholders.
Having gained experience of acting as representative to both Claimants and Defendants, Neil has the advantage of being able to offer practical solutions to any potential problems which may present themselves during the course of the claim and can liaise with Insurer and Solicitor clients where appropriate.Based near Leeds, Neil’s role within the TICCS organisation is to provide a point of contact to our current existing insurer and solicitor clients and to attend to their enquiries and offer support where required.
Neil will act as the first point of contact for a new instruction received into TICCS under The Rehabilitation Code and will ensure that both parties are fully aware of our remit within The Code and to provide guidance and support to our Northern team of Case Managers so as to ensure they continue to operate within that remit. Neil will form part of our quality control process to ensure that our services remain of the highest quality. Neil enjoys playing golf, skiing and spending time with his wife Caroline and their daughter Harriet.
