Claire Windibank, ACMA - Financial Controller
Claire joined TICCS as our Financial Controller in April 2007. Claire not only oversees TICCS financial
matters but also manages the Accounts Team whose various daily tasks involve invoicing, banking and credit control.
Outside of work, Claire spends her holidays and weekends clogging up the highways and byways of the UK in her Camper Van!
Neil Howden - Head of Commercial Development

Norman Cottington - President
Norman has now stepped down from operational involvement at TICCS having turned his attention to enjoying
semi-retirement, whilst ensuring that we are kept up to speed with all market developments through his involvement
with organisations such as BICMA, BARC & the IUA/ABI Rehabilitation Working Party.
Mike Homer-Ward - Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine
Mike has recently joined TICCS in a medical advisory capacity not only to enable us to consult him on individual
cases but also to provide training and advice to our medically qualified team so that they remain up to date with all
advances in rehabilitation medicine.
Mike is based at the Portsmouth Hospitals and is therefore close at hand whenever we need him.
