Liz Kendall - Relationship Manager

Liz is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and has advocacy experience in bringing claims to the Small Claims Court. She is a Small Claims Mediator, a Member of APIL and on the Committee of the Exeter Medico-Legal Society.

Based in Exeter, part of Liz’s role within TICCS is to act as the first point of contact for new instructions received under The Rehabilitation Code and to ensure that all parties concerned are fully aware of the procedures.

Liz will provide a point of contact to our existing Insurer and Solicitor Clients and will keep them informed of current developments, offering support and attending to enquiries when they arise.

Acting as a point of liaison for TICCS Southern Team of Case Managers, Liz is very much involved in TICCS quality control procedures.
