Lisa Birkett - Occupational Case Manager

Lisa joined TICCS in November 2005, having previously Account Managed our Occupational Case Management service with her previous employer, Remploy.

She completed a disability related degree at Manchester University, and has since had over ten years experience in the fields of disability and employment.

She has an excellent knowledge of the Disability Discrimination Act, and is experienced in offering employers advice on their duties under the Act and on Reasonable Adjustments within the workplace.

Based in Sheffield, Lisa advises our team of Case Managers on occupational issues and also case manages clients where there are more complex occupational requirements.

She has experience of supporting people with health problems and disabilities back to work, either with their pre-accident employer or, where appropriate, into suitable alternative employment.
