It is becoming more common place for medico-legal experts to recommend surgical intervention in their expert reports which leaves your client at the mercy of the NHS waiting lists.

We are able to arrange consultations through the private sector for your client to be assessed by a treating surgeon in order that a proposed treatment plan and costings can be set out, enabling your client to access treatment sooner rather than later.

If instructed, we will supervise the arranging of an appointment, ensure that the results of any consultation are despatched to the appropriate parties and will, with appropriate funding in place, Case Manage any proposed treatment plan to it’s natural conclusion.

One of our management team would be happy to approach the opposing party to seek funding or general agreement to the process, as again we are unable to offer this service on our normal business terms.
