Pain Management

This service was introduced following many requests to us for the provision of Pain Management treatment.

As part of our Pain Management service, one of our Case Manager’s will first speak with the client and the existing healthcare team to ensure that all conventional treatment, therapies and medication have both been offered and either accessed or disregarded and determine whether in their view a referral to pain management is appropriate.  Our Case Manager will establish whether there is any recommended treatment which has not been accessed due to a lack of resource through normal NHS channels eg hydrotherapy and where appropriate will provide costings for such treatment on a private basis.

If it is established that pain management is the last resort, we will source an appropriate pain management clinic and provide timescales, availability, options and costings.

We are confident that this approach is advantageous to the client, his legal representatives and the Insurer by potentially saving time and money.
