Overview
TICCS Case Managers became established following the launch of The Rehabilitation Code in order
to provide Immediate Needs Assessments and subsequent Case Management outside of the litigation process.
In addition to Immediate Needs Assessments, we can provide a variety of General Case Management functions
such as arranging surgical procedures, MRI Scans or X-rays.
We act strictly in accordance with “The Code” and therefore whilst our Case Management Reports can be used
as medical record, they cannot be used for the purposes of litigation. Consequently, we do not provide
expert reports and our Case Managers cannot be called as expert witnesses.
We provide nationwide coverage ensuring that the client’s entrusted to our care received optimum treatment
and support as economically as possible so as to achieve the best possible outcome.
