Case Management

Overview

TICCS Case Managers came into being following the launch of the 1999 Rehabilitation Code, and offers services in accordance with the Code by arranging Immediate Needs Assessments and subsequent case management outside of the litigation process.

We have now conducted well in excess of twelve hundred Immediate Needs Assessments in accordance with The Rehabilitation Code. In addition, we can provide a variety of General Case Management services such as MRI scans and X-rays, surgical procedures etc. Whilst our Case Management reports can be considered as medical record, in accordance with our remit under The Rehabilitation Code we do not provide expert witnesses, enabling us to act entirely independently and client focused, resulting in TICCS being the approved provider of so many solicitors and insurers.

With our team of Nurse Case Managers situated around the country, we are able to provide a prompt UK-wide service via our administrative offices in Portsmouth. We aim to ensure that the clients entrusted to our care receive optimum treatment and support as economically as possible so as to achieve the best possible outcome.

We continue to prove on a regular basis, that case management
involvement in minor and moderate injuries, can be as cost effective as those cases involving catastrophic injury.

All our Nurse Case Managers are full time salaried employees and have all been trained to the standards laid down by The Case Management Society (CMSUK).
