Telephone Diagnostic Assessment

This service has become increasingly popular following the inclusion of The Rehabilitation Code in the Personal Injury Protocol, placing an obligation on both the Insurer & Solicitor to explore early intervention. A simple e-mailed instruction to TICCS provides a report within forty eight hours (subject to the availability of the client) from a qualified nurse with a detailed synopsis of the claimant’s situation, by identifying the nature and extent of any injury sustained, along with treatment needs, where appropriate.

Whilst this service is primarily utilised in minor to moderate injuries, it can also be used to identify the need for an Immediate Needs Assessment.
