TICCS act in accordance with The Rehabilitation Code and thus do not provide medico-legal reports nor expert witnesses, either from our own staff of from our professional panels.  We have, however, following demand, increased the information and details contained within our Assessment and End of Treatment Summaries based upon which negotiated settlements can be achieved where an Insurer and Solicitor deem appropriate.  Both the Assessment and End of Treatment Summary are completed by qualified therapists and are submitted in a professional typed format.
